EPC Group is a team of experts that has quickly done what they said they would do. Our company has very unique needs, so a "cookie-cutter" or an "out of the box" solution was of no interest to us. The IT consulting experience with EPC Group has been instrumental in moving our company forward. The support each month is very proactive, and as a result, our network is performing much more smoothly, which tells me that they really are preventing issues from happening in the first place. My team really likes the techs who are always so happy and upbeat and dependable. Everything was so unclear and left to interpretation with the last IT company we hired. I never knew if they were actually doing anything or if they really cared about implementing new technology into our business or optimizing what we already have in place. I suspect that focus was on just maintaining things and doing as little work as possible. My experience with EPC Group has been refreshing. Real improvements have been made every month and I feel like the investment is really paying off. We did a great deal of interviewing and talked with many IT companies. EPC Group has really become a great partner for us.
