the“CFMWS”), having its principal place of business at 4210 Labelle Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0K2.

WHEREAS CFMWS is desirous of securing certain services for SharePoint Consulting Support and
the Contractor warrants that they are capable and proficient in providing those services.
THE PARTIES AGREE THAT, in consideration of and subject to the terms, conditions and covenants of
this Agreement:
Provision of Services
1. The Contractor undertakes to provide services for SharePoint Consulting Support, more
specifically defined in the Statement of Work, attached herein as ANNEX A.
2: The Contractor agrees and understands that the nature of the services to be performed may be
revised or amended from time to time as agreed upon in writing by the CFMWS and the
Contractor.
O'Connor Enterprise Group, Inc., doing business as EPC Group, is the legal contracting entity for the engagements documented here.
