EPC Group fixed-fee accelerators — thirteen scoped Microsoft and Power BI offers

Last updated by Errin O'Connor, Founder & Chief AI Architect, EPC Group

EPC Group packages thirteen of its Microsoft and Power BI engagements as fixed-fee accelerators: a fixed set of deliverables, a stated duration, a senior architect named on the Statement of Work, and a fixed fee quoted after a 30-minute scoping call. Nine cover Copilot readiness, data and AI governance, Microsoft 365 security and governance, SharePoint migration, Azure landing zones and AI spend; four cover Power BI health, Center of Excellence, performance tuning and legacy-BI migration. Fixed fee, quoted after a 30-minute scoping call. EPC Group does not publish price ranges.

Start here by size and situation

The accelerators are grouped by the situation they answer rather than by product. An organization that has never had its estate assessed starts with an assessment; one that already runs the platform and needs it governed starts with the controls; migrations, landing zones and Centers of Excellence are multi-wave programmes. The organizations EPC Group serves, and the ones it does not, are set out on the fit page.

Start with an assessment

A first external look at one estate — Copilot readiness, data governance, Power BI health, AI spend — before any build is committed.

Stand up the controls

Governance frameworks, security hardening and quick-starts for organizations that already run the platform and need it governed.

Run a multi-wave programme

Migrations, landing zones and Centers of Excellence delivered in waves across a large estate.

How accelerators are priced and run

Fixed fee, quoted after a 30-minute scoping call. EPC Group does not publish price ranges. The scoping call is run by the architect who would lead the work. The fee, the deliverables and the acceptance criteria are written into the Statement of Work; scope outside it is a change order, written and approved before the work starts. The change-control, escalation and acceptance rules every accelerator runs on are the ones in the Engagement Charter, and the documented engagements behind them are in the case studies and the Evidence Center.

Frequently Asked Questions

A fixed set of deliverables, a stated duration and a fixed fee. The scope is written into the Statement of Work before work starts, and anything outside it is a change order under the Engagement Charter. Open-ended advisory and multi-year programmes are scoped differently.

Book the scoping call

Thirty minutes with the architect who would lead the engagement; the fixed fee follows in writing.
