MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT
TASK ORDER NO. 2011-1
This Task Order is entered into as of July 11, 2011 by and between Novartis Institutes
for BioMedical Research, Inc., with an office at 250 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge,
Massachusetts 02139 (“Novartis”), and EPC group with an office at 5090 Richmond
Avenue, Suite 336 Houston, TX 77056 (“Company”), pursuant to the terms of the Master
Services Agreement between Novartis and Company dated June 22, 2011.
This Task Order shall take precedence over any contrary or inconsistent terms and
conditions appearing or referred to in any purchase order, quotation or other similar related
document issued or executed by a party or the parties in connection with the Services.
PART I: PROJECT INFORMATION
A. Project Title
Health check and Performance Assessment for Novartis SharePoint Platform.
B. Description
Company will provide, within the SharePoint Server 2010 Health Check overall initiative, the
tools as well as issue resolution Novartis requires to help address the following processes in
the SharePoint 2010 environment:
