This Statement of Work (SOW) has been developed for Tarleton and describes the objectives and tasks to be performed
by EPC Group in relation to the scope of this project. Our team will utilize industry best practices as well as specific

1.2 SERVICE OVERVIEW
EPC Group proposes the following key items to ensure successful project delivery:
1. Technical discovery and assessment — EPC Group will conduct a detailed technical discovery and assessment
exercise (using custom EPC Group’s tools) aimed at establishing the following:
o Clearer definition of the technical requirements.
o Rule out any issues that may hinder migration and identify opportunities that need to be leveraged.
o Establish steps for source and target infrastructure preparations prior to migration.
o Develop a migration roadmap employing migration planning, migration execution, testing, end-user
training, communication strategy, and technical support following go live.
2. Custom migration tools — EPC Group will deliver a seamless migration experience by utilizing custom EPC Group
migration tools. The tools are based on a “copy and paste” model, where all the emails, calendars, contacts,
public folders, groups, and any other static data items are moved from source to target Office 365 tenant with
no data loss.
3. Expert resources — This initiative will be led by EPC Group's Office 365 Architects with Errin O'Connor, Founder
and Chief Architect.
2.0 PROJECT SCOPE
EPC Group has developed this proposal around Office 365 cross-tenant migration services. This includes assessment,
migration planning, migration execution, testing, and post-migration support, as well as any other Office 365 cross-
tenant migration-related tasks that will contribute to the overall success of this project.
2.1 ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
The activities within this scope will be provided through a phased approach. Below are the associated deliverables for
each phase as available within the hours procured.
