16. Severability. Each provision of this Agreement is severable. If any provision is rendered

17. Indemnification - Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Tarleton, its
directors, officers, employees and agents and defend any action brought against Tarleton
with respect to any claim, demand, cause of action, debt or liability, including reasonable
attorney’s fees
