STATEMENT OF WoRK—EPC-50490
This Statement of Work (this “SOw") effective as of , 2009 between Pepsica, Inc.
("Pepsico"), and EPC Group. ("Supplier or “EPC Group"). All capitalized terms not otherwise
defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement for Professional
Services (the "Master Agreement"), effective as of March 26, 2009, between PepsiCo and
Supplier. This SOW is hereby subject to, incorporated into and made part of the Master
Agreement. In the event of 2 conflict between the terms and conditions of this SOW and the
Master Agreement, the Master Agreement shall govern. Any defined terms not defined herein
shall have the meaning as established in the Master Agreement.
Pursuant to the terms of the Master Agreement, and for good and valuable consideration, the
adequacy and receipt of which are hereby acknowledged by the parties hereto, the parties
hereto agree as follows.
INTRODUCTION
EPC Group is pleased to propose to PepsiCo, a custom Master Page (“look and feel") initiative
for the Pepsico SharePoint deployment. This SOW contains 2 single phase that involves the
gathering of requirements to create an appropriate design, architecture, implementation, and
deployment of one custom Master Page that will work in both MOSS and WSS which will
incorporate a system page and custom web part solution within PepsiCo. The SOW also consists
of the actual development, approval and deployment of the approved Master Pages design.
EPC Group will gather the branding requirements for the Master Pages design and will provide
mockups to the PepsiCo business users and key stakeholder|s}. EPC Group, based on several
rounds of feedback, will develop the Master Pages using Visual Studio.
EPC Group will develop a Master Page with 2 custom web part for instant messaging as well as 2
web part for security trimmed lists. EPC Group will also customize a list for a people finder
related search feature.
