This Statement of Work has been developed for Stryker in 2 phases. Phase 1 of this project outlines a SharePoint 2010
initiative consisting of a needs assessment, architectural review, governance development, and initial ECM design and
roadmap strategy. The Phase 1 initiative will prepare for the enclosed phase 2 environments in which SharePoint will be
utilized enterprise wide as a cohesive SharePoint Ecosystem for global collaboration and intranet solution for Stryker.
Phase 2 outlines a SharePoint initiative consisting of an implementations based on the needs assessment, architectural
review, governance development, and ECM design and roadmap strategy developed in Phase 1.
