STRYKER SHAREPOINT CENTER OF EXCELLENCE (COE) DEVELOPMENT: PHASE 1
This Phase 1 initiative will provide services around the following:
e Business Case Realization around the value of a centralized Stryker SharePoint 2010 Center of Excellence.
e Comprehensive global Stryker SharePoint 2010 Governance Strategy
o Including both planning and enforcement strategies
e Development of a Stryker SharePoint COE Charter that will contain:
o Development of Stryker’s Global SharePoint 2010 Enterprise Strategy
o Development of the Infrastructure needed to support the new Enterprise strategy
o Recommendations around SharePoint custom development best practices that will cover the
development of the following:
= Workflows
= Web Parts
= Custom Master Pages and themes to achieve a desired look and feel
= Executive Dashboards and Reporting
o Development of a strategy to education of sub-teams, project members, power users, and
internal Stryker trainers around SharePoint best practices, functionality, and development
o Recommendation around My Site deployment and an initial strategic pilot
o Organizational hierarchy and structure of the Stryker SharePoint Center of Excellence (COE).

e Assist Stryker in the classification and enterprise management of all new and existing documents
e Introduce a collaborative Intranet solution that is integrated with Microsoft Office 2007 and\or 2010 to
allow for version control and check in \ check out capabilities
