Statement of Work

Introduction

EPC Group is pleased to propose to The YMCA a full scale Enterprise Best Practices Deployment of

Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 as an Intranet and enterprise document management solution.

In a meeting with [REDACTED] EPC Group Senior Architect Errin O’Connor discussed the existing Windows

SharePoint Services 3.0 environment for which the YMCA would like an assessment and

recommendations to upgrade to Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007. MOSS 2007 is a more robust

platform that will be architected to be utilized internally for departments and team members as a

central collaboration Intranet tool and to manage their day-to-day documents and content. EPC Group

will perform an enterprise best practices assessment and two to three server farm implementation of

Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 into the YMCA’s environment. EPC Group will also offer

extensive migration planning as well as assist in the actual migration of existing files and content into

the new metadata driven SharePoint document libraries.

EPC Group will configure custom content types\metadata within SharePoint document libraries to assist

The YMCA in taking advantage of MOSS’s true enterprise content management and search

functionality.
