EPC Group Publishes Engagement Excellence Charter

HOUSTON, TX -- May 12, 2026. EPC Group today published its Engagement Excellence Charter, a public commitment governing every client engagement across the firm Microsoft consulting practice. The Charter codifies four operating standards that have shaped EPC Group delivery model since 1997.

The four commitments

1. One named accountable program manager on every engagement. No rotating ownership, no shared inboxes. A single human is responsible for the outcome.
2. Four-hour first-response SLA for new client communications during business hours. A senior architect or program manager responds within four business hours.
3. Senior architects only -- no junior consultant tier. The bench draws from hundreds of Microsoft-certified consultants with an average of 15 years of platform experience.
4. Public NPS reporting. Client Net Promoter Score is measured at engagement close and published as an aggregate signal. EPC Group is a five-time G2 Leader in Business Intelligence Consulting.
