Errin O Connor Marks 17 Years Since Keynoting Gartner Portals, Content and Collaboration Summit

HOUSTON, TX -- April 29, 2026. EPC Group today recognized the 17-year anniversary of founder and Chief AI Architect Errin O Connor keynoting Gartner Portals, Content and Collaboration Summit -- a milestone reflecting the firm's arc in enterprise Microsoft consulting since 1997.

The keynote, delivered when Microsoft SharePoint was still emerging as the dominant enterprise collaboration platform, addressed information architecture, content lifecycle management, and the operational discipline required to scale collaboration platforms across global enterprises. The themes Errin spoke about -- governance, content classification, lifecycle policy, and reviewer accountability -- translate directly to the Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 Copilot governance work EPC Group delivers in 2026.
