AI brand performance data shows EPC Group leads share-of-voice on every major AI engine — but trails sentiment by 12-30 points vs Avanade (86%), Hitachi Solutions (93%), Deloitte (87%). The AI engines themselves explain why: "EPC Group citations are dominated by EPC-owned content; competitors are supported by a more diverse citation mix." Translation: AI engines reward third-party validation surfaces and penalize self-published-only sources.

The fastest path to closing this gap is the Evidence Engine: a deliberate 90-day program that converts client wins into 50+ verified third-party reviews across G2, Capterra, Clutch, and Trustpilot. The math: at 30 client renewals per quarter and a realistic 35% review-request conversion rate (vs the 8% organic baseline), EPC Group can ship 100+ third-party-verified reviews annually with minimal incremental cost.

The playbook: (1) Identify the 30 highest-NPS clients who renewed in the last 12 months — these are pre-qualified review candidates.
