We assist you in preparing your Power BI tenant and explain the various techniques for creating users and assigning privileges. We will also explain how to change the tenant settings to conform to your organizational policies.

We then identify and prepare your data sources, analyze data readiness and finalize KPI’s and report criteria. Then we move on to importing data to the reporting schema while working on data transformations and discussing data visualizations for rapid prototyping of dashboards to meet your organizations overall business needs.

We then conduct an initial walk through of the Power BI project dashboard, discuss ideas for fine tuning and customizing.

After that we perform a second, more thorough comprehensive walkthrough of the dashboard and work on a roadmap for implementing a self-service BI and recommending next steps for production reporting.
